ABOUT NEW TRADITION

Coming from a family of singers, we began our ministry in February 1990.  The Lord has blessed our endeavors and we began to share His gospel  through song in churches throughout the Southeast.  We have always strived to be in His will and our message is still the same.  To spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the sinner and encouragement to the Christians.

He joined a local group, The Paffords, at age 15 and played bass guitar for them for many years. He also plays keyboard. He sings both lead and harmony vocal and likes to say, “I get any part that’s left over”! He is married to Jenny who also sings with the group and he works with the local power company. In his spare time, Dan likes to raise cattle, farm and assist their daughters with their show cattle.
JENNY TAYLOR
Coming from a large musical family, Jenny has been singing all her life. It was at a gospel sing that the Lord convicted her and she gave her heart and life to Jesus. Jenny met Dan through her family group and they were married in April 1990. They have two daughters, Macy Danielle and Ellison Grace. They attend Flat Creek Baptist Church in Nashville, GA. She sings both lead and harmony vocals.  Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and helping on the farm.
